Ms. Pei has more than 13 years of experience in German companies, including five years in a German manufacturing company, where she supported managing directors and engineers in setting up a new factory - from zero to a well-functioning production line. Later the day-to-day operations were taken care of by her. Since joining bdp, she already accompanied the establishment of several German companies in Shanghai and assisted in the organization of the EuropeFides Shanghai Summit 2019. With her technical background, she has extensive experience in areas, such as production, finance, import & export, project management, HR and office management.
